Dear Samuel,
The roadmap presentation you have posted on http://www.x86-secret.com should be taken down immediately because it is not information authorized by AMD. It could impact AMD sharing embargoed information in the future.
Our legal department has taken notice of this posting. I would like to alert you that continuing to post this sensitive information constitutes willful misappropriation of trade secrets, which carries both criminal and civil liability. There is separate liability arising from the copyright infringement, including monetary damages.
If you fail to remove the sensitive information, which was acquired in violation of a duty of confidentiality, AMD will be forced to institute legal proceedings against the site and site owner for, among other things, the issuance of an injunction, damages, statutory penalties, and legal costs.
Sincerely,
Anne Salin
